Motorshow@ Bluewater kickstarted the run of events for 2008, taking place 3rd–6th July and this year offered more than just motors with a dedicated male focused week of events. With discounted shopping, go karting and simulators, Bluewater was filled with entertainment for the boys to enjoy!
This year Motorshow@ Bluewater event benefited from a new location and a £100,000 marketing budget to attract visitors and increase the footfall to the show.
13 cars were sold and thousands of leads taken and turned into after-sales.
Motorshow@ Event Organiser, Mike Richardson explained:
“This year we made the event even bigger, moving the location of the show closer to Bluewater and increasing the number of car brands on display.
The local dealers used the show as an opportunity to showcase their latest motors, including some first time viewings and special show offers, Mitsubishi, Nissan and Toyota all sold cars at the show and hundreds of leads taken by all the local dealers which is a brilliant result in the current market.
We included more fun activities and there was a great atmosphere, the go karting proved very popular and provoked a lot family competition.” |
